Mastermind Groups
School leadership can be an incredibly lonely and isolated profession. Mastermind groups allow participants a safe place to discuss current problems (Problems of Practice) in a productively structured way so that the collective wisdom of the group allows for members to create an immediate plan of action for the incredibly difficult problems we all face as leaders.
Join a current group or reserve your spot for the next group to begin. We have like-minded leaders meeting monthly who listen to and support other leaders with real life experience. Our Mastermind groups meet for 90 minutes once a month, for busy leaders, and typically groups stay together for a long period of time.
Testimonials
“The world of administration can be very lonely and at times feels like you are isolated. Eric has a wide breadth of knowledge about school culture and systems. He provided an open and safe place to vent, converse, brainstorm and asked questions for further my thinking around school issues. When I needed extra resources--data analysis, articles or information--he found and condensed them into manageable chunks. I look forward to our coaching sessions because I know he cares about me as a professional.”
“Eric is overqualified as a leader. My favorite thing about him is the person he is. He truly is a great person and friend. He is a family man. My second favorite thing about him is his skill set. He is a content specialist in reading, writing, math, management…he has it all. I’ve yet to encounter anyone on his level. What he has taught me is invaluable!”
Being new to educational leadership…and having the opportunity to work with Eric has been an invaluable experience…During our conversations, we were able to work through and problem solve different situations in our building and had in-depth discussions, which focused on meeting the SEL needs of our students first, before focusing on academics. I would highly recommend working with Eric…”
